Osmio Pro 4.5 x 10 Inch Dual Whole House Water Filter System
The Osmio Pro 4.5 x 10 Inch Dual Whole House Water Filter System is a top of the range Whole House Water Filter System and comes complete with the filters and accessories you need (besides the additional plumbning fittings required). The system will provide 5 micron protection and complete chlorine reduction using the NSF Certified 5 micron Carbon Block.
The system comes complete with two black 4.5 x 10 Inch filter housings with Brass female 1″ BSP screw ports – suitable for any pipe type or size up to 1″ (15mm, 22mm, 25mm, 28mm). The housings come with a set of screws, a thick high quality metal bracket and housing spanner. We also include a 1″ male nipple (plastic) so you can connect the system side by side if you desire. The system can also be arrange in any way that fits your space. The system also comes of course with the two filters
1) Pleated 5m Sediment filter – surface filter reduces any suspended solid to 5 microns. These include sand, particles, rust, silt, lead dust and microplastics.
2) Coconut Carbon Block 5 Micron – with 12,000 Iodine rating our Carbon Block Whole House FIlter is NSF Certified and made from the best indonesian coconut shells.
Both filters are typically changed every 6 months.
The system also protects your water heater, washing machine, refrigerator, ice-maker, and other appliances from the build-up of sediment, dirt, and rust.
The system is put together using the Osmio 4.5″ x 10″ Dual Housing and uses a 10″ Carbon block and 10″ Pleated Cartridge.
Fitting the Pro 4.5 x 10 Inch Dual Whole House Water Filter System
The system is fitting into the part of the home where the rising main comes into the house, or alternatively at any intersection required (for example if the system way just being used for the kitchen). Below is a quick demonstration of how the system installed (the video shows a 20 inch Whole House Water Filter System being installed rather than a 10 inch version but the principle is exactly the same).

I cannot give 5 stars until the product has been in service for at least the recommended time in service. Also I would advise against using the 1” male connector to join the 2 units as it is very difficult to make sure the units line up with a good seal on both joints.
