We offer free courier delivery on all orders of £30 or over. This applies to the mainland UK only. There are some exclusions for remote areas where we are charged a surcharge by the courier company and need to pass this on. For a full list of excluded areas please see our Delivery Information page.
Orders under £30 are subject to a flat rate of £2.50
Orders are normally dispatched via DPD Couriers who operate a 'Predict' service which will give you a one hour slot when they are due to deliver and also allow you to modify delivery preferences, such as leaving with a neighbour or arranging a different day. On some occasions we may use Parcel Force to deliver.
Orders received by 1.00pm are normally (99% of the time) dispatched the same day; if for any reason there is likely to be a delay in dispatch we will notify you.

We offer a two year warranty on goods purchased through this website subject to the following terms & conditions:
- The 2 year period shall not apply where an alternative length of warranty is specifically stated on the product or category page.
- The two year warranty shall not apply to items where the advertised or expected life of the product is less than the warranty period.
- Any warranty is limited to faults which occur during proper use of the products.
- That the product has been installed and operated according to the manufacturers instructions including the use of correctly branded replacement filter cartridges.
The Two Year Warranty shall not apply and where:
- A product warranty direct with the manufacturers exists; we will make every effort to facilitate solutions to any problems, ultimately we will be subject to the manufacturers' decisions on whom liabilty for any warranty will remain.
- Products have failed as a result of improper installation or useage. In the case of water filters we strongly recommend checking the suitability of your water pressure prior to ordering or installing.
- Where the recommend filter replacement period has not been adhered to.
- Where the claim is being made by a third party or any person who was not the original purchaser.
Puriflow Water Solutions Ltd shall not be liable for third party costs including but not limited to plumber services or to damage occuring as a results of leakage.
In the unlikely event that you do experience a problem with any product supplied by us, please do contact us immediately, customer satisfaction is important to us and we aim to get any issue sorted out as soon as practicable. It may be fixable eg. the result of an incorrect installation or too high a water pressure, if it's not we will arrange for a replacement to be sent or refund to be issued.

We regard customer satisfaction as being central to our business.
Recognising that in the real world there may be occasions when a product may not as suitable for a situation as thought when purchasing we want to make sure that you can easily return an item if necessary.
Under our 90 Day Money Back Guarantee you can cancel your order and return unwanted and unused goods at any time within 90 days from receipt of order.
Returned products should be in a re-saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include a print off of your original order confirmation.
We do ask that you make contact with us initially before returning the item just to ensure that the issue is not one that has a simple remedy such as an incorrect installation.
Please complete a returns form available. prior to returning the item to help us identify the order and process a refund efficiently.
Upon receipt of a returned item we will check the item, cancel an order and refund the money to the original payment method.
If when inspected, goods are found to have been used, damaged or incomplete we reserve the right to refuse a refund or provide a partial refund. (Please note that wetted filter cartridges will not be refunded except where faulty.)
When returning any item we strongly recommend that you either insure the item or use a tracked service as we cannot accept refunds for goods that don't reach us.
