Once you have placed your order for a replacement battery we will send you a courier label with instructions on how to return your Hydrogen Duo water bottle to our workshop. Our engineers will carry out the battery replacement and it will be delivered back to you within a few working days.
Replacing the Battery on the Osmio Duo Hydrogen Water Bottle
You can run the bottle on the lead if you have a dead battery and do not need to make it portable. To avoid fast battery death, do not leave it on the lead too long, aim for 80% charge maximum, and do not use the bottle whilst the battery is charging.
