Osmio PRO-III Ultimate Whole House Water Filter System is the one of the most comprehensive whole house water filter systems. The PRO – III Ultimate has been designed for removing the water impurities like chlorine, heavy metals, toxins, and even for getting rid of the unpleasant tastes and odor problems likely to be present in the water supply.

The Pro – III is supplied with three filters and housing bowls. To enable more flexibility when installing, the housing bowls are separate, and may installed in an L shape if placed in a corners.

The system is available with three separate housings and three filters. The filter configurations are –

Housing 1 – 4.5 x 10 Inches Grey Anti-bacterial Housing with Active Ceramics Whole House Filters –

The filter gets replaced after three years or else of 300,000 water liters. Removing and reducing a very wide range of impurities in water including fluoride, hormones, chlorine, lead, heavy metals and hormones.

The highly advanced filter is extremely effective and able to kill any bacteria in the water, like Pseudomonas, E-coli and other microorganisms. The unique filtration method in the filter uses a patented active ceramics blend, and employs four differing active ceramic formulations each treating the water differently and in a completely unique way.
The filter helps in adding minerals and antioxidants back to the water after filtration, and makes the water more alkaline by increasing the pH value, generally by raising the pH surrounding 0.5 points and even more.

Housing 2 – 4.5 x 10 Inches Grey Anti-bacterial Housing with Carbon Block 5 Microns –

This filter helps in reducing chlorine and issues related to odor and taste possible to be there in the mains tap water. The carbon black also reduces specific Volatile Organic Chemicals or VOC from drinking the water. The carbon’s coconut base creates a pleasant slightly sweeter taste. The carbon black has a higher dirt holding capacity aided by zero pressure drop. This filter has been rated for 46,000 liters, thus generally changed after 6 months.

Housing 3 – 4.5 x 10 Inches Grey Anti-bacterial Housing with GAC and KDF Process Media Filter Cartridge

Primarily, this cartridge reduces the bad odors and tastes of chlorine and related chemicals present in the water. There is a Granular Activated Carbon GAC as well as Kinetic Degradation Fluxion (KDF). With these two being combined, they kill fungi and algae; removes pesticides, chlorine, organic matter, unpleasant odors and tastes, rust; control bacteria growth; get rid of iron, hydrogen sulphide, lead, chromium, cadmium, mercury, calcium, and more organic compounds. The filter is especially suitable where a higher flow rate is needed or where the water pressure is low.

The system is supplied with the screws and brackets and the large housing spanner.

Once the main active ceramics cartridge’s life ends, then the ceramics can be taken out and used for fertilizing the gardens and for improving the plants’ and grass’ health as well as soil drainage. The plastic housing is able to put through the normal recycling waste. Active Ceramic and Post Carbon Filter are all NSF certified.
